Amy's commitment to therapy is fuelled by a deep curiosity about each individual’s story and the transformative power of the therapeutic process. Amy believes that therapy is a collaborative space where clients are respected as the bearers of their own wisdom and are encouraged to explore life’s complexities with greater clarity, awareness, and self-compassion. She values each client’s journey, seeing it as both a privilege and a responsibility to support them through challenges and toward their own sense of purpose and meaning.
